Grant Management System #
Client: Nonprofit organization managing community grants
The Problem #
The organization was manually tracking grant applications across email, spreadsheets, and sticky notes. Applicants had no visibility into their application status, resulting in constant “where’s my application?” emails. The review process took 3 days minimum because nothing was standardized.
The Solution #
Built an automated workflow that handles the entire grant lifecycle:
- Custom intake form captures all required information upfront
- Applications automatically route to the right reviewers based on criteria
- Review workflow in Monday.com with clear stages and accountability
- Automated email updates keep applicants informed at each stage
- Dashboard shows pipeline status and bottlenecks in real-time

Client: Brazilian financial services company
The Problem #
The team was manually processing 50+ tax receipts weekly—reading each document, extracting data, entering it into spreadsheets, and validating against business rules. The process took hours and was prone to data entry errors that created downstream problems.
The Solution #
Built an AI-powered document processing system that:
- Reads tax receipts automatically (PDF, image, or scanned documents)
- Extracts key data fields (amounts, dates, vendor info, tax categories)
- Validates extracted data against business rules
- Flags anomalies or missing information for human review
- Organizes processed receipts into structured database
